Kaylee grew up in Fulton, Missouri, and brings a wealth of experience from the years she spent living and working in the United States and globally. After college, she spent 16 years in Arkansas before returning to Missouri to be closer to family. Before joining Atterberry Auction & Realty Company, she worked as a Training Coordinator in the food and beverage industry — a role that took her across the globe, visiting 10 countries including multiple trips to Japan, South Africa, and China, training teams in customer service and hospitality.

It’s a background that shapes how she approaches every client interaction. She brings a level of professionalism and warmth to this work that’s hard to teach. These days, Kaylee and her husband Blake are raising their two kids on their hobby farm — and when she’s not working, you’ll find her gardening camping with her family, or volunteering in the community.

As Personal Property Project Manager, Kaylee oversees the full lifecycle of personal property auctions after contracts are secured. That means working closely with sellers to gather documentation and guide them through timelines, coordinating catalog preparation and auction listings, helping our team manage site logistics, monitoring active auctions, supporting buyers through pickup and shipping, and preparing everything needed for a clean, accurate seller settlement.
Kaylee serves as a trusted point of contact for sellers and buyers throughout the personal property auction process, making sure every step is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
