Now Hiring — Personal Property Team Members

Our personal property team is growing, and we’re looking for dependable people who enjoy hands-on work, variety, and being part of a close-knit crew. As part of the team, you’ll help organize, photograph, and prepare items for online auctions — everything from antique furniture and tools to collectibles and equipment. You’ll also help out at preview and pickup days, where friendly faces and good communication matter most. No two days are the same, and that’s what keeps it interesting.

  • Reliable, respectful and eager to learn
  • Naturally curious about antiques, collectibles and tools
  • Trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing auction environments
  • Physically able to lift and stand for long periods
Core Responsibilities
  • Organize, tag, catalog, and photograph auction items
  • Write accurate and descriptive listings based on research
  • Assist at preview and pickup days and provide a friendly customer service experience
  • Travel to various mid-Missouri auction sites
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, showing extra care for personal property belonging to clients
Required Skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Research ability for antique items and collectibles
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time (15–25 hrs/week)
  • Flexible schedule during peak seasons (April–June)
  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • Potential for full-time consideration after review period
